Warehouse Manager F/M

Job Summary

Oversee all warehouse operations at JD.com, ensuring efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of goods to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and System Construction: Based on the company's strategy, develop warehousing development plans, process standards, and annual plans; build a warehousing management system; plan warehouse layout and equipment configuration; promote standardization and intelligent transformation to enhance warehousing operational efficiency.
• End-to-End Operations Management: Coordinate the entire process of goods receiving, storage, inventory checking, and order processing; monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover rate and accuracy; optimize operation routes and resource allocation to ensure efficient and orderly warehouse operations, and reduce error rates and losses.
• Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement: Analyze the cost structure of warehousing (labor, equipment, space), formulate cost-reduction strategies, and promote process optimization and the application of automation tools; monitor labor productivity and space efficiency data to continuously improve warehousing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Team Management and Risk Control: Responsible for warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation; optimize organizational structure to enhance team execution capability; establish safety management systems, handle major exceptions and emergencies, prevent operational risks, and ensure warehouse safety and compliance.
• Cross-Department Collaboration and Service Optimization: Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to align upstream and downstream supply chain resources and resolve business interface issues; collect customer feedback, optimize warehouse service processes, and improve customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French.
• Chinese Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
