As a Financial Accountant, you will ensure that our financial statements present a true and fair view of our financial position while complying with internal and external standards. You will operate autonomously to manage the full accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Closing & Reporting: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes (including cut-offs) and prepare monthly accounting reports in HFM.
• Compliance: Ensure financial statements comply with legislation (tax law, FRGAAP adjustments) and the Group's internal guidelines (IFRS). This includes calculating and accounting for specific IFRS entries (mainly IFRS 9, 15, and 16).
• Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee the management of fixed assets, expense accounts, and bank/business card management. Enter supplier invoices with analytical accounting.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare customer invoices, manage reminders for unpaid invoices, and post incoming payments.
• Payroll & Intercompany: Reconcile intercompany flows and handle the accounting and lettering of payroll entries (supplied by an external firm), including control of social security charges.
• Tax Management: Prepare tax returns, set VAT rates, calculate taxes, and complete/check all necessary tax filings.

Profile

• Experience & Status: Autonomous accountant with experience at an executive level (Cadre status).
• Technical Knowledge: Profound knowledge of IFRS accounting (specifically with FRGAAP adjustments). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable with regular professional communication in English.
• Working Style: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Reliable, structured, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
