Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the four teams of the Architecture Hub (Business, Application, Tech, and Insight), coordinating their efforts to ensure a cohesive and cross‑functional architectural vision.
- Foster and animate the group‑wide architect community (Architecture Fellowship).< /li>
- Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation for the entire hub.
- Synchronize business ambitions with technical realities through an end‑to‑end collaboration loop.
- Develop capability maps and portfolio views to prioritize investments and drive strategic decision‑making.
- Define 1, 3, and 5‑year master plans (roadmaps) across business verticals, deriving the corresponding application and technical master plans.
- Position the Architecture Hub as a delivery accelerator : provide reusable patterns, reference architectures, rapid design checkpoints, and cross‑team alignment rituals to reduce redundant work and prevent late‑stage project risks.
- Define decision‑making principles (distinguishing between guided vs. arbitrated processes), manage escalations, and handle trade‑off resolutions.
- Clarify decision‑making authority (“who decides what, how, and when”) between the Architecture Hub, delivery teams, and sponsors.
- Manage the LeanIX platform and optimize its usage across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 to 7 years in Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Environment: Experience working within an international, multi‑brand, and multi‑site organization.
- Transformation: Proven track record in large‑scale digital transformation and IS modernization.
- Certifications & Knowledge: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, and ITIL certification or strong working knowledge.
- Industry: Significant experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Services sector is a plus.

- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both French and English is mandatory (international context).
