Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the four teams of the Architecture Hub (Business, Application, Tech, and Insight), coordinating their efforts to ensure a cohesive and cross‑functional architectural vision.
• Foster and animate the group‑wide architect community (Architecture Fellowship).< /li>
• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation for the entire hub.
• Synchronize business ambitions with technical realities through an end‑to‑end collaboration loop.
• Develop capability maps and portfolio views to prioritize investments and drive strategic decision‑making.
• Define 1, 3, and 5‑year master plans (roadmaps) across business verticals, deriving the corresponding application and technical master plans.
• Position the Architecture Hub as a delivery accelerator : provide reusable patterns, reference architectures, rapid design checkpoints, and cross‑team alignment rituals to reduce redundant work and prevent late‑stage project risks.
• Define decision‑making principles (distinguishing between guided vs. arbitrated processes), manage escalations, and handle trade‑off resolutions.
• Clarify decision‑making authority (“who decides what, how, and when”) between the Architecture Hub, delivery teams, and sponsors.
• Manage the LeanIX platform and optimize its usage across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 to 7 years in Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Environment: Experience working within an international, multi‑brand, and multi‑site organization.
• Transformation: Proven track record in large‑scale digital transformation and IS modernization.
• Certifications & Knowledge: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, and ITIL certification or strong working knowledge.
• Industry: Significant experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Services sector is a plus.
