Project Architect - Healthcare Specialized

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring an experienced Project Architect with healthcare architecture experience to join our Healthcare Architecture Team. The candidate will work on multiple healthcare projects and will be responsible for preparing drawings for permitting and bidding and will support full‑time in‑person or hybrid options.

We do not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do

• Perform architectural assignments under general supervision
• Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
• Create and modify architectural project designs and drawings; conduct design reviews and project scheduling
• Prepare graphics, presentations, contract drawings, and regulatory submissions
• Organize and maintain project record information and drawings
• Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of healthcare architecture projects
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree a plus
• Florida Architectural License preferred, or NCARB certification
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Ability to collaborate with a design team
• Proficiency in Revit
• Advanced‑level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to apply architectural principles to buildings, structures, and their components or assemblies
• Skill in designing and drafting assignments including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Self‑motivation to meet deadlines and improve processes and deliverables
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to write reports and specifications

Pay Range

$75,400 – $94,300 USD
