Duration: Minimum 8 weeks
Cost: $2900 USD for the first two weeks + $330 for each additional week
Includes: all food, accommodation, pre-departure and in-country support, orientation, and project activities

Introduction
This non-profit sanctuary located in Northland's cloud-forest of Tutamoe Peak is dedicated to protecting the endangered kiwi and giant kauri snail. Volunteers help restore the forest, build trails, protect native species, and monitor pest populations, contributing to the conservation of local wildlife. Interns receive training to lead small teams and learn organizational setup, including design, accounting, and marketing strategies.
