Overview

This role focuses on managing national accounts in the non-food consumer goods market for a portfolio of high-profile brands (Post-it, Scotch, Scotch Brite, Command, etc.).
Within the Consumer 3M France sales team, you will contribute to building relationships, leveraging data, and supporting the commercial strategy for national accounts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in annual negotiations, build the commercial relationship, and contribute to revenue growth for the Bricolage and Papeterie product ranges.
- Monitor financial account management (national and regional agreements).
- Collaborate with Marketing and the Business Analyst to analyze account data (Sell in, Sell out, POS) and develop annual business plans (listing, assortment, promotional plan).
- Ensure timely communication of information necessary for action by the Field Sales team and collaborate with the sales force coordinator.
- Act as a facilitator with 3M support functions (legal, logistics, finance, rebates and margins management) for managed accounts.
- Role offers potential evolution within the sales team toward roles with increased responsibilities.
Conditions
Company car is required, with pre-employment verification and ongoing driving history review for selected and hired candidates.
Location & Travel
- Based in France at headquarters in Cergy (95); home region preferred in Île-de-France.
- National travel up to 20% of work time.
- Full-time, hybrid model with 2 days of remote work per week.
Qualifications
- Bac +4/+5 Business School or equivalent professional experience.
- Genuine interest in the dynamics of CPG/FMCG; internships or alternances in CPG/FMCG considered a strong plus.
- Autonomy, strong organization, and rigor with good teamwork.
- Analytical ability to identify growth opportunities and implement ambitious action plans; results-oriented (sales and margins).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license (Permis B).
Preferred extra knowledge/skills
- Internship/alternance experience as Junior Key Account or Product Manager.
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a changing environment.
- Challenge-driven mindset; listening skills and excellent communication.
