Overview

Executes sales goals by maintaining a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings. Applies market and service offering insights to engage potential clients, generate interest and schedule meetings or presentations. Creates sales proposals, presentations and RFP responses addressing complex prospect needs and communicating the business value of internal services. Leads account processes from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations and discussions to secure a beneficial financial outcome for the business. Manages research on relevant markets to identify potential relationship needs, target new accounts and expansion opportunities. Interfaces with potential or existing account representatives and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and uphold promises and general expectations. Maintains professional account relationships to introduce and sell new products and facilitate deeper market penetration and cross-sell opportunities.

• Coordinate with account representatives and stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and maintain expectations.
• Cultivate professional relationships to introduce and sell new products and enable cross-sell opportunities.
