About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing with a focus on performance marketing and pipeline growth. This high-visibility role is pivotal in owning and scaling the enterprise pipeline growth strategy, leading performance marketing and demand programs, and overseeing digital, field, and channel marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing multi-channel demand engines, aligning with sales and RevOps teams to drive conversion and pipeline velocity, and implementing data-driven, AI-enabled marketing strategies. A key aspect of the role is to work directly with global C-level leadership to drive measurable business outcomes and to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global marketing teams.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role should have 12-15+ years' of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in pipeline development, demand, and revenue ownership, particularly within enterprise software or SaaS organizations. Deep expertise in performance marketing, demand, ABM, and a strong background in MarTech stacks is essential. The role requires a hands‑on leader with a strategic and execution-focused approach, who can demonstrate ownership of pipeline targets, revenue contribution, and marketing ROI. Experience in partnering with C-level executives globally and a background in recognized global software brands are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strategic operator, capable of driving transformation across modern, AI-enabled marketing systems, and will be expected to deliver scalable, predictable pipeline growth, improved conversion rates, and a measurable revenue impact tied to marketing initiatives.
