Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the deployment and configuration of NoC verification solutions within different SoC environments
- Investigating complex testbench, DUT and simulation issues
- Analysing the behaviour of verification components, UVM environments, scoreboards and automation tools
- Helping engineering teams use NoC verification technology effectively
- Contributing to improvements in verification environments, methodologies and supporting tools
- Participating in the definition of new verification capabilities
- Providing technical support for newly introduced solutions
- Producing clear technical documentation and training materials
- Delivering training sessions to engineering teams internationally
- Collaborating with specialists across architecture, RTL design, software, verification, emulation and silicon debug
You will work with technologies and tools including:

- Python and shell scripting
- Linux and Git
- Synopsys or Siemens EDA/Mentor Graphics verification tools
- Automated NoC design and verification solutions
Your Background
- At least five years of experience in SoC or ASIC verification and/or design
- A master’s degree in microelectronics, computer science or a related subject
- Strong debugging and analytical skills across simulation, emulation or silicon bring-up environments
- Experience with ASIC verification standards and methodologies, particularly UVM
- Knowledge of interconnect protocols such as AHB, AXI, ACE, ACE-Lite or CHI
- A good understanding of Network-on-Chip concepts and interconnect verification
- Familiarity with the wider SoC development lifecycle, including architecture, RTL design, verification, physical implementation and silicon debug
- An understanding of processors, multicore CPU architectures, GPUs, multimedia IP, caches, memory controllers and interconnects
- Knowledge of system-level concepts such as memory mapping, MMUs, quality of service, cache infrastructure, security and DDR memory channels
- The ability to communicate clearly with different technical teams and adapt quickly as project requirements evolve
This opportunity would suit an experienced verification engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, supporting other engineers and contributing to the development of next-generation SoC technology.
