Tasks and Responsabilities
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Architecture & Implementation Engineer to support the development and integration of vehicle technical solutions across multiple zones. The role involves contributing to architectural definition, ensuring technical consistency, and supporting project milestones throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the convergence of technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, design, and process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure technical convergence of one or more vehicle zones
- Contribute to the development and steering of technical solutions across defined vehicle areas (e.g., lateral structure, front end, cockpit, floor, engine compartment, underbody)
- Guarantee technical coherence of the zone by integrating:
- Regulatory requirements
- Engineering standards and best practices
- Internal processes
- Design constraints
- Support the validation of development stages and project milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture and implementation processes
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in vehicle architecture, integration, or system engineering
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of vehicle architecture and systems integration
- Experience with CATIA V5/V6, PLM, and New PDM tools
- Understanding of automotive development processes and lifecycle
- Ability to analyze and validate technical solutions
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
Languages
- Professional working proficiency in English (required)
- Additional languages are a plus
Other
- High level of technical analysis capability required
