Valuation Intern | Paris | 6 Months | Starting June 2026

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven intern to join our Valuation team in Paris for a six-month internship starting in June 2026.
The intern will work closely with the Head of Valuation and the Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the valuation processes across the firm’s investment portfolio and funds. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the financial and operational aspects of a leading Private Equity platform in an international and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the quarterly valuation process for portfolio companies and investment funds
- Assist in the preparation and review of valuation models and analyses
- Review all supporting documentation received from the Deal Teams to ensure accuracy and inclusion in the valuation model
- Participate in financial analysis, benchmarking, and market research
- Contribute to the preparation of materials for quarterly Portfolio Valuation Committees and auditors
- Liaise with investment teams, finance teams, and external stakeholders when necessary
- Help ensure consistency and compliance with valuation methodologies and industry standards
