You will play a crucial part in a small team, supporting day-to-day activities and working closely with investment professionals on assessing investment opportunities, investing into, monitoring and exiting portfolio companies. The Intern will be directly involved and will become an integral part of the teams across our 2 sectors of focus. We are looking for someone who will share our enthusiasm for supporting ambitious companies and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.**Responsibilities will include:**
- Assessing investment opportunities
- Conducting company-specific and market due diligence analyses
- Performing business model, LBO and valuation analyses
- Assisting in the preparation of investment committees
- Monitoring portfolio companies (financial and operational reporting, performance analysis, build-up opportunities, etc.)
- Weekly dealflow management## Profil recherché
- Top-tier **business** or **engineering** school
- Prior 6+ months experience in **Private Equity**, **M&A**, **Strategy Consulting**, **Leverage Finance** or **Transaction Services**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Excel and Power
Point* Fluency in **French** and **English**
