UX/UI designer

The award-winning performance marketing agency was founded in London and is growing in Paris.

Задачи:

• Lead design on client accounts from day one
• Build the design practice and, over time, the team
• Design landing pages, paywalls, onboarding journeys, paid social, and CRM creative for clients including leading media and publishing groups and sports channels

Требования:

• Around 4–5 years of digital design experience, including hands-on performance experience
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI with results, not just visuals
• A testing mindset, including the ability to write a hypothesis and interpret an A/B result
• Agency experience and confidence presenting to clients
• Fluent French and professional English
