Задачи

• Provide insights and recommendations to shape game features, economies, and future roadmaps
• Propose A/B tests and benchmark best practices in competitors’ games
• Oversee tracking design and QA processes to ensure accurate data collection
• Develop dashboards and analyses that provide actionable insights into key product and monetization metrics
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines
• Conduct product playtests to refine gameplay mechanics and user experience

Требования

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in a fast-paced environment, including building production-ready data pipelines
• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets
• Strong analytical and rigorous problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• A strong sense of ownership, a builder’s mindset, and intellectual curiosity
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Curiosity about games and player behavior, and comfort with ambiguity
