UX Designer – Montpellier

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis
• Carry out UX benchmarking and audits
• Leverage user insights and analytics data
• Translate research findings into design opportunities
• Prepare and facilitate co-design workshops
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders
• Participate in Design Sprints and other collaborative design methods
• Design web and mobile user journeys
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors
• Apply the UX vision and guidelines established by the UX Lead
• Contribute to the overall consistency of user journeys and the user experience
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Engage regularly with the UX Lead to ensure alignment and the quality of deliverables

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in UX Design
• Strong interest in user research, workshop facilitation, and collaborative design approaches
• Experience with interviews, usability testing, feedback analysis, benchmarking, and UX audits
• Experience facilitating workshops, co-design sessions, and Design Sprints
• Proficiency in user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam is essential
• Knowledge of Lookback and Optimal Workshop is a plus
• Proven experience in an Agile product environment
• Strong sensitivity to user needs and behaviors
• Ability to work independently, combined with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work from an established UX vision and set of guidelines
• Comfortable communicating with development teams and business stakeholders
• Thoroughness, organization, curiosity, and active listening skills
• Experience in banking, fintech, enterprise, or B2B environments is a plus
