UX Designer

• Design web and mobile user journeys
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors
• Contribute to UX deliverables under the direction of the UX Lead
• Operationalize the defined UX vision and guidelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of user journeys and the user experience
• Participate in user research, including interviews, testing, and analysis
• Help leverage user insights
• Conduct benchmarks and audits
• Participate in analyzing user feedback and analytics data
• Work within an agile product team
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Communicate regularly with the UX Lead
• Apply the UX standards and guidelines for the mobile application
• Contribute to consistency across user journeys and experiences

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in UX Design
• Ideally, experience with payment solutions, banking, or fintech
• Strong proficiency in Figma and FigJam required
• Experience in UX Research, including interviews, user testing, benchmarks, and audits
• Proficiency in product environments and agile ways of working
• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams
• Strong interest in user research and user-centered design
• Able to work independently while taking a collaborative approach
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to adhere to an established UX vision and guidelines
• Meticulous, organized, curious, and personable
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, large enterprises, or B2B is a plus
