52 Entertainment, a fast-growing gaming company, is looking to grow its Marketing Team ranks with a Unity Marketing Developer to maximize the commercial potential of our games. This role requires both a sharp creative mindset and an analytical approach to iterate quickly on Unity projects and make them more appealing to the market.
About the role:
- Part of the group level marketing team at our headquarters in Paris, Boulogne.
- Modify and optimize gameplay in Unity to enhance marketing potential.
- Enhance the look & feel of games to maximize their visual and advertising impact.
- Own the creative execution from the ideation process of out-of-the-box concepts to finding efficient solutions to implement them in Unity.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, establish strategies per game, and analyze market trends to refine iterations.
- Record, edit, and produce gameplay videos for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with our amazing marketing artists team to distribute the best rushes to be used by them.
- Ensure high-quality execution and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Product, Marketing, Data & business intelligence teams.
- Contribute to the development of Playable Ads using Luna.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Developer.
- Fluent in French & English.
- A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
- Excellent Unity skills and strong understanding of casual game mechanics.
- Highly organized, autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quick decision making to ensure timely deliverables.
- Keen eye for detail and instinct for identifying what works in the market.
- Creative and hacker mindset, able to experiment and innovate.
- Experience with Luna is a great plus.
- Good understanding of benchmarks and monetization strategies.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D design tools (Photoshop, Blender, etc.).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions for optimizing user experiences and game performance.
- Team player: Ability to work collaboratively, fostering creativity and being a positive force in the team, contributing to the company’s values.
- A strong interest and passion for art, design, games, music, film, and contemporary culture in general.
