UK B2C Sales Team Leader — Inbound Growth

The Workery is expanding its UK offering and seeks a UK Sales Team Leader to drive growth, manage the floor, and mentor a squad of Business Developers. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead from the front to convert inbound B2C leads into online training programs.

You will optimize schedules, track performance, run onboarding, coach the team through challenges, and improve processes to ensure targets are met with high-quality customer interactions.
