I’m working with a well-funded, cutting-edge Web3 company building next-generation infrastructure in the blockchain space — and they’re tackling a seriously interesting challenge:

How do you design intuitive user experiences for data users literally can’t see?

Think:

• Encrypted balances
• Shielded transactions
• Confidential DeFi workflows

This is not about tweaking dashboards — it’s about defining what UX looks like in a category that doesn’t have a playbook yet.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing UX for confidential / encrypted interactions
• Owning end-to-end flows across wallets, DeFi, and token systems
• Working closely with product + engineering to ship real experiences (not just mocks)
• Using AI-native design workflows to move fast

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years in product/UX design (ideally Web3, fintech, or complex systems)
• Proficiency in Figma. Experience with AI-assisted design tooling is a strong plus.
• Strong experience with DeFi / wallet UX
• Someone who can make decisions without a blueprint
• Confident owning design direction at a lead level
