Lead Product Designer (Web3/DeFi)

Location: Remote – US/Europe/Latam/Dubai (must have 5hrs overlap with EST)

Compensation: $150K - $200K

We are building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy, creating a platform that intelligently reallocates assets across DeFi protocols to maximize returns. This fully remote role owns the user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up.

The Opportunity

• UX/Brand Ownership: Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol.
• Design Thinking: Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the complex DeFi ecosystem.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own design problems from initial research and conceptualisation through shipping production‑ready interfaces.
• Rapid Iteration: Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Cross‑Functional Impact: Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive user flows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex crypto or fintech products to market.
• Customer Obsessed: Deeply empathise with the end‑user and champion simplicity and clarity in product design.
• Well‑Rounded Skillset: Proven ability to own and deliver across the full spectrum of design, including UX, UI, and Brand Design.
• Execution Focus: Track record of delivering high‑quality designs quickly and iterating rapidly based on user feedback and product needs.
• Full Ownership: Experience owning design problems end‑to‑end, from initial research, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity prototypes, through final implementation and testing.
