Treasury Assistant

AESC is the world’s leading battery technology company and lithium-ion battery manufacturer with battery plants in Japan, United Kingdom, United States and China. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of France’s highest profile manufacturing plants as Envision AESC is building a new battery manufacturing plant in Douai, Hauts-de-France to support its business growth in Europe.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Cycle counting for fix asset with controllers

Cash forecast and Payment:

• Assist on weekly and monthly cash forecast (information collection and prioritize them)
• Generate and submit payment request before ebanking
• Upload to online banking, and complete the payment process
• (Maunal interest/hedge/tax/HR Payroll/CAF/emergency payment )

Bank service and coordination

• Employee visa card application process
• Bank account opening documentation and coordination with bank
• Trouble shooting for ebanking operation issues
• Assist with bank KYC and anti-fraud procedures
• Manage Corporate and Travel cards, including card issuance, credit limit management, and bill reconciliation
• Coordination for ebanking training and operation

Assist on cash forecast

• Reporting weekly cash/AP balance to group
• Month end bank reconciliation
• Monthly actual cash flow report

Others

• SAP and OA set up coordination

Experience and skills

• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas).
• You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
• You will be results driven with analytical capability and the ability to innovate and simplify current process and practices.
• You are a team player and enjoy working in an international environment.
