About Filorga and the Role

Founded in 1978, Filorga Laboratories are pioneers in the field of aesthetic medicine and specialists in anti-aging injectable solutions. Committed to offering comprehensive care for skin aging, in 2007 they launched a range of dermo-cosmetics directly derived from aesthetic medicine. Since 2019, FILORGA has been part of the Colgate-Palmolive Group.
Within the French Operational Marketing department, reporting to the French Marketing Division, the future intern will assist product managers in rolling out campaigns and operations and will contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies for both pharmacies/drugstores and perfume stores from July 2026 until the end of December 2026.
What does this internship involve?
Working at the interface between different departments, your tasks will include:
- Deploying campaigns and cycles: creating sales pitches for the sales force and participating in the design of POS advertising and campaign/cycle tools (TG, displays, publications, sales tools, etc.). This includes calling for bids from suppliers, briefing the studio, validating designs, and monitoring production.
- Organizing seminars and trade shows, and developing Monoprix podiums and trade shows for groups and brands; evaluating campaigns alongside product managers (compilation of results, statistical analysis, etc.).
- Monitoring the implementation of trade agreements with distributors (pharmacies and retailers): monitor and manage trade operations with groups, TG placements, and the execution and tracking of commercial conditions via matrices; create and update planograms in accordance with agreements; update per cycle based on new products/launches; actively support the marketing department in relation to the sales force; create product codes with the supply chain; analyze competitive intelligence in the field and on the website.
You will be in regular contact with the company's various departments: creative studio, international trade marketing, sales administration, supply chain, regulatory affairs, training & events, and digital.
What are the skills and qualifications?
- You are pursuing a four- or five-year degree at a business school or university.
- You have a keen interest in marketing and a strong awareness of the cosmetics industry.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You are dynamic, creative, rigorous, and versatile.
