The International Trade Marketing department is looking for a new intern to join our company from July 2026 until the end of December 2026.
What does this internship involve?
- Assisting the International Trade Marketing Project Manager and the International Coordination Project Manager in their daily tasks.
- Supporting project management and participating in the 360° development of trade operations:
- Planning: Help develop project schedules by defining key milestones and deadlines.
- Execution: Develop campaigns from the brief to the provision of operational tools with the Artistic Direction (POS advertising, window displays, displays, sales support materials, samples, etc.). Participate in updating tools and reports with figures.
- Follow‑up: Follow up on marketing actions implemented, collecting feedback and proposing adjustments if necessary.
- Gift sets: Follow up on projects with suppliers/agencies in collaboration with Purchasing.
- Coordinate the development and management of the reverse schedule.
- Develop the executive and graphic brief.
- Work closely with support departments and ensure the validation process.
- Market analysis and competitive benchmarking:
- Quantitatively and qualitatively analyze category performance.
- Monitor the competition and identify best practices among competitors.
- Assist in preparing presentations for strategic meetings.
- Occasional field trips.
- Trade Marketing Plan:
- Participate in developing the N+1 trade plan.
Required skills for this position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Master's degree (1 or 2).
- You are responsive, dynamic, rigorous, and versatile.
- You have an appetite for and knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
- You are fluent in English.
