What does this internship involve?
1. International Coordination (360°)
- Information Management: Ensure the optimal flow of strategic and operational information between headquarters and markets.
- Extranet Administration and Optimization: Manage and improve the download platform (Extranet), ensuring that markets have access to up‑to‑date marketing materials.
- Management Tools: Rigorous updating of performance dashboards and global communication materials.
- Partner Communication: Development and distribution of marketing newsletters dedicated to international partners.
- Contribution to the Trade Plan: Participate in the definition of trade strategies by conducting weekly competitive intelligence, field visits, and consolidating feedback and needs from countries.
2. Operational Support and Country Coordination
- Exchange with countries: Preparation and active participation in regular meetings (monthly and bi‑monthly) with country teams on defined marketing and supply topics.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor local marketing plans, in conjunction with supply teams, and make recommendations to management based on analysis of local needs.
- Facilitation of HQ/Market Relations: Support and optimize interactions between headquarters teams and markets (dissemination of best practices, campaign reviews, consolidation of global feedback).
- Event Organization: Manage the logistics and budget for international marketing seminars (search for service providers, selection of venues, ordering of equipment).
Required Skills for this Position
- Appetite for and knowledge of the cosmetics sector.
- Rigorous and organized, able to manage complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing external and internal contacts.
- Creative, able to generate new activation ideas.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
