KJ Talent & Partners are thrilled to be exclusively partnering with one of the fastest growing clean beauty brands Kosas. Kosas is a clean beauty brand that is redefining the face of beauty. Kosas is sold in over 200 retailers and is consistently a top-ranked Sephora brand.

We are recruiting for a Trade Brand Marketing Manager for Europe, reporting to the EU Brand & Marketing Director, this role will drive brand growth by managing marketing initiatives, retailer relationships, and operational processes.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within an international, fast-paced beauty environment while supporting the company’s expansion across Europe.

  • Serve as the primary contact for retailers on all operational and 360° marketing needs.
  • Analyse weekly sales data, maintain reporting dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
  • Assess marketing initiatives to evaluate sales impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Assist in checking digital activations on sephora @com pages and monitor competition.
  • Work closely with the U.S. Marketing team to align on EU campaign needs and execution.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking.
  • Manage the global briefing process for creative requests and ensure optimal execution.
  • Oversee the delivery of social media, media & trade and online assets.
  • Work on pricing strategy in collaboration with Finance.
  • Prepare all-yearlong key Marketing presentations (Brand Show deck, Offer Meeting, Business Review).

Your Profile

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience, ideally in the beauty industry (brand or retailer).
  • Education: Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
  • Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, dynamic, and solution-driven.
  • Additional: Some travel may be required for market visits and marketing/commercial initiatives in France and in EU.
  • You can balance creativity with strategic intent.
  • Open to challenges and passionate about working in the beauty industry.
  • Structured and organised but comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing business.
