Role definition
As part of the department in charge of managing IBM AIX, Windows, and Linux operating systems and maintaining operational conditions, this position oversees infrastructures delivering DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
Responsibilities
Conduct and contribute to operational maintenance of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructures (software, hardware, patching, resilience testing).
Develop management APIs for DNS records and IP addresses in collaboration with developers.
Manage changes according to defined rules.
Handle incidents and problems within the DNS/DHCP/IPAM scope.
Maintain accurate documentation of these infrastructures.
Analyze performance and respond to application needs (parameter tuning).
Assess resource requirements for capacity tracking and cost optimization.
Provide technical management for projects impacting these platforms (data center relocation, storage redesign, network redesign).
Plan platform evolutions based on obsolescence or consolidation, in partnership with Efficient IP (DDI technology).
Evaluate resilience and robustness improvements based on security requirements.
Mandatory Skills
Advanced expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies.
Strong experience in operational maintenance and incident/problem management.
Familiarity with Efficient IP or similar DDI technologies.
Ability to coordinate technical projects and collaborate with development teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Appreciated Skills
Knowledge of automation and API development.
Experience with infrastructure migration and transformation projects.
Good understanding of security and resilience best practices

Job Summary
This role drives operational excellence in data center virtualization and systems management by leading high-complexity support initiatives, ensuring robust service delivery, and guiding teams in leveraging advanced Microsoft technologies. The individual empowers teams to optimize client environments, resolve escalated technical issues, and foster innovation in process improvement to align with organizational objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead operations and incident management using Windows Server, SCCM, Hyper-V, and SCVMM to ensure high availability and optimal performance of enterprise data center infrastructure.
2. Architect and implement advanced virtualization solutions leveraging Hyper-V, SCVMM, and MS Clusters to enhance scalability, disaster recovery, and resource utilization.
3. Oversee configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of endpoints and servers through SCCM, ensuring compliance with security policies and software standards.
4. Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues across Windows, SCCM, and virtualization platforms, providing expert guidance to support teams.
5. Mentor and empower team members by sharing best practices in DC virtualization and automation tools, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate within the team to introduce and implement process innovations that streamline operations, enhance reporting, and improve service delivery.
7. Ensure all operational activities align with client requirements and proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions to internal stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Sccm For Endpoint And Server Management, Including Deployment, Updates, And Compliance.
2. Excellent Expertise In Microsoft HyperV And Scvmm For Virtualization Planning, Implementation, And Optimization.
3. Solid Experience With Ms Clusters For High Availability And Failover Configurations.
4. Strong Skills In Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, And Operational Process Improvement.
