Job Title- Workstation Expert
Location- Paris, France
Hybrid mode- 3 days week (Work from client location)
Language - French + English
Years of relevant experience: 5+
Overview:
This role focuses on managing and developing workstation infrastructure in an international context. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth operations, technical architecture, and supporting global users. The expert will contribute to maintenance, upgrades, and process improvements. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. English is mandatory for global coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure maintenance and operational continuity of workstation services
- Perform impact assessments and rollback planning
- Provide Level 3 support for incidents and requests
- Manage and update workstation infrastructure components
- Contribute to technical architecture improvements
- Participate in projects impacting workstation environment
- Maintain documentation and procedures related to scope
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize workstation performance
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Mandatory skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft workstation environment (SCCM, MDT, Windows 10/11)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with certificate management
- Knowledge of antivirus and VPN solutions (SEP, F5)
Appreciated skills:
- Familiarity with Azure and O365 ecosystem
- Experience in international IT environments
- Knowledge of WiFi and network security
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Understanding of imaging and deployment tools
