Description of the brand and the team: This internship offers the candidate the chance to contribute to Tom Ford Beauty, one of the fastest-growing luxury beauty brands, gain hands‑on experience in the luxury and beauty industry, and collaborate with a multicultural, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports and analysis
    • RS per SKU monthly dashboard
    • Monthly reports – NPD results and deep dive per key markets
    • ME FSF Monthly report – interface between affiliate and Global
    • EMEA Launch reports
    • Category and competition analysis to drive EMEA recommendations on future makeup launches (sales potential, trends, competition benchmark)
  • Presentations and meetings
    • Monthly marketing call organization
    • RRT preparation
    • Preparing the slides
    • Gathering information from the affiliates
    • Conducting RS and GS analysis
    • Top‑management presentations
  • Pricing
    • Preparation of SRP template for affiliates and corporate
    • Collection of benchmark SKU pricing
    • Price adjustments per affiliates (decreases / increases etc.)
  • Demand Planning & organization
    • Preparation of the forecasting guidelines
    • Consolidation of all bulletins + update of Makeup Shade Library
    • Coordination of lab samples and comps needs with affiliates and Global
  • Others
    • Sephora main point of contact for EMEA products
    • Product orders and inventory check

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Level
    • Higher Education (Bac +5, from a Business school or university)
  • Interest and Experience
    • Interest in the cosmetics sector, sensitivity for the luxury industry
    • Previous, relevant marketing experience
  • Language Proficiency
    • Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French
    • Other European language is a plus
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office programs, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Familiarity with panel data tools (e.g., NPD Circana) is a plus
