Marketing Intern 360 - Color & Trend

Overview

Bobbi Brown is looking for a Marketing Intern – Color & Collection to join the EUEM (Europe & Emerging Markets) regional Marketing team. The intern will support both strategic and operational marketing activities across the Color & Collection categories, contributing to product launches, campaigns, and performance analysis across European and emerging markets.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a premium beauty brand within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of EUEM marketing plans.
• Assist in the creation and coordination of launch toolkits (presentations, communication assets, training materials).
• Analyze product and campaign performance (sell‑in, sell‑out, marketing KPIs).
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
• Lead regional set creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Global, Visual Merchandising, Education, CRM, online) and the different markets around the region.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and meetings.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day requests from EUEM local markets.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the beauty industry, with a passion for makeup and skincare.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent level of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Available for a full‑time internship.
