TikTok Shop - Account Manager (Electronics/3C), Paris

As an Account Manager at TikTok Shop, you will own a portfolio of strategic partners and help them unlock growth through TikTok's unique commerce ecosystem. The role is based in our Paris office.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard strategic Electronics merchants in France, building onboarding solutions (including business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partners education) and set them up for mid and long term growth
• Design and execute growth plans for your partners, covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns
• Own revenue and GMV targets, consistently driving performance through data, experimentation, and iteration
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to improve the merchant and user experience
• Analyze electronics market trends and subcategories performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities for brand partners
• Lead internal projects to contribute to the electronics ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing)

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer service orientation and experience working in a client‑facing capacity
• Strong sense of social content
• Deep understanding of the electronics market, trends, creators ecosystem, not only France, ideally also total Europe, UK and US
• Fluent in English and French to ease communication with local stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong network of Electronics partners and Electronics creators/agecies
• Experience or knowledge of discovery commerce in established markets like China, SEA or US
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
• A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently
• A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability
• Sense of livestream and short‑video is preferred
