Territory Sales Manager France

Support and develop aftermarket sales in France, driving growth through authorized distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.

Location: Paris, Lyon, Nantes, or Dijon region. Close collaboration with the inbound sales organization in Terrassa (Spain) and cross‑functional teams in Leuven (Belgium).

Role Responsibilities

• Support and develop aftermarket sales in France with a focus on authorized distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, including overnight travels within the region.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams in Terrassa and Leuven to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Connect with new potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Contribute to regional plans aligned with broader team goals.
• Work very closely with distributors to support their growth and ensure a positive customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical sales within B2B industrial environments.
• Experience working with indirect sales channels and distributor partnerships.
• Self‑motivated, quick thinker and hunter with the ability to manage time and tasks with care and reliability.
• Fluent in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial air filtration, aftermarket sales or similar fields.
• Familiarity with customer‑specific applications and consultative sales approaches.
