As a key member of the Maternal & Child Health team, the Territory Manager will support a positive customer experience driving the commercial success and market expansion of the JADA® System, a vacuuminduced medical device designed for the rapid control of abnormal postpartum bleeding and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) to offices and hospitals in a distinct and assigned territory.
The overall goal of the role is to achieve or exceed the assigned sales quota while serving as a clinical and commercial expert in the territory.
About the Role
Responsibilities are divided among territory strategy, clinical education, marketing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Territory Strategy & Growth (25%) – Own and execute the commercial strategy for the region; build, manage, and forecast a robust opportunity pipeline; identify, develop, and close new hospital accounts; develop new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and structured follow‑up activities.
- Clinical Education & Support (50%) – Provide in‑depth product demonstrations and hands‑on clinical education for obstetric teams; support in‑hospital product adoption through staff training, case observations, and onboarding; act as the trusted subject‑matter expert on the JADA® System; advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products.
- Marketing and Relationship Management (25%) – Build and maintain strong partnerships with OB/GYNs, midwives, labor & delivery teams, hospital administrators, procurement, and key clinical influencers; represent the brand at medical conferences, workshops, and regional clinical events.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams; implement marketing initiatives and provide structured feedback; communicate actionable market intelligence and customer insights; organize, track, and analyze customer information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in medical device or related field.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and influence others.
- Excellent communication and advanced presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (60%+) in France and occasionally in BeNeLux.
- Fluency in French is required; English B2 (ideally C1).
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in operating room setting.
- Strong local relationships within the healthcare community.
