Temporary Contract Real Estate Legal Counsel (M/F/X)

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

• Contribute to the monitoring and day-to-day management of Sephoras French leases portfolio (over 300 points of sale).
• Provide advice on both real estate commercial law and construction law.
• Ensure the legal negotiation of leases, lease renewals, various amendments, addendums and protocols relating to these real estate assets.
• Manage pre-litigation, define appropriate strategies and monitor litigation in conjunction with our external lawyers (e.g. rent, construction works, claims, etc.).
• Work closely with the Expansion, Construction, Operations teams, and support them on a daily basis.
• Contribute to the training of operational teams, and monitor legal and regulatory developments.
