Functions and Tasks
- Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers.
- Search for and attract prescription projects.
- Customer service for installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies.
- Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects.
- Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer.
- Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects.
- Maintain relations with developers, builders, and installers depending on the phase of the project.
- Provide technical after‑sales support: customer service and commissioning of after‑sales installations.
- Give technical assistance to different channels (developer, builder, installer, etc.).
- Coordinate technical after‑sales activities.
- Act as project manager at the construction site (installation monitoring).
- Support marketing strategies.
- Manage collections and monitor incidents.
- Prepare regular management reports (customer visits, offers made, etc.).
- Serve as intermediary between customers and manufacturing.
- Maintain the customer database for your area.
- Create company presentations, catalogs, and product material.
- Foster customer loyalty.
- Coordinate technical‑commercial training for installers.
