Position Overview
The Technical Application Specialist is responsible for conducting technical audits, performing validation tests (including pull‑out tests), and providing expert application support to clients. The role acts as a key technical interface between customers, sales, and production, ensuring product compliance, performance validation, and successful implementation in projects. This position combines field testing, technical expertise, and project support within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities And Tasks
- Conduct technical audits and perform pull‑out and validation tests
- Analyse test results and provide technical recommendations
- Ensure product compliance with specifications and standards
- Act as technical interface between customers, sales, and production
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Support project tenders, customer training, and technical events
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing procedures and tools
Requirements
- Experience in technical testing, validation, or application engineering (preferably in construction or manufacturing industry)
- Practical knowledge of testing methods and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Fluent French and communicative English
- Willingness to travel within France
- Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Structural or related field) – nice to have
