The Role – What You’ll Do


As a Technical Support Engineer, you will help customers get the most value from our HOPEX software solutions. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, guide users, and act as a trusted problem solver.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Providing technical support to clients across the full HOPEX solutions portfolio
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues via remote desktop and Salesforce CRM
  • Escalating complex product bugs or enhancements to R&D teams
  • Conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
  • Using and enriching our internal Knowledge Base (KB) to accelerate resolution time
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate case records in Salesforce


About You – What You Bring


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HOPEX
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Professional proficiency in French, English, and German
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and enterprise software environments
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL querying
  • Experience with Java is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS
  • Microsoft certification is a bonus
