We are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with deep expertise in the design and structural analysis of complex concrete and steel structures, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. The position is part of a multi-project environment and requires close coordination with various engineering disciplines.

Profile

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional with the following background:

• Graduate from a recognized engineering school
• Significant experience in the design and structural calculation of both reinforced concrete and steel structures
• Proficient in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) methods applied to complex structural systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Mission

The Candidate Will Work Independently, Under The Supervision Of a Project Manager, And In Coordination With Other Engineering Teams. The Services Include (non-exhaustive List):

• Structural calculations and detailed design for concrete and steel structures
• Application of FEA tools for the analysis of complex geometries and load cases
• Verification of structural integrity in compliance with international codes and Oil & Gas standards
• Interface coordination with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, etc.)
• Preparation of calculation reports, technical documentation, and support for project reviews

Skills & Experience

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design, including finite element methods
• Proficient in relevant structural design software (e.g., Robot Structural Analysis, ANSYS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar)
• Good command of MS Office tools

Languages

• Fluent in English required
• Italian is a plus

Professional Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas or industrial sectors
