Technical Success Story Writer

We are looking for an experienced Case Study / Success Story Writer (part‑time, contract) to develop detailed, compelling case studies that highlight how customers use ClickHouse® and how Altinity helps them maximize its value. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with and documenting enterprise database software, is skilled at interviewing customers, extracting clear business value, and translating technical or complex topics tailored to engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with customers and internal stakeholders involved in implementation of real‑time analytic applications
• Research customer use cases, technical implementations, and business outcomes
• Write clear, compelling case studies (1,000 – 1,500 words) for technical and management audiences
• Highlight measurable results (cost savings, performance improvements, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to finalize content
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and customers

Deliverables:

• Long‑form case studies
• Customer quotes and testimonials

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with database software in enterprise environments
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills
• Ability to understand and write about technical subject matter
• Experience writing for technology, data, or enterprise audiences
• Ability to extract and present measurable business impact
• Excellent written English and editing skills
