Our Technical Support Engineer team is looking for a new teammate to help our customers and address their diverse technical questions.

We're looking for an awesome team member to work full‑time from our Paris office (France) or anywhere remotely in Europe.

When Didomi customers have questions, they reach out to us via email or chat and we help as quickly and as amazingly as we can. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, provide feedback and contribute to improving our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their setup requests for our products: Consent Management Platform, Preference Management Platform, Integrations, API, etc.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce issues and, if needed, elevate. Follow‑up closely with our Engineering team to test fixes and return to our customers.
  • Provide feedback on product features, qualify feature requests, and help prioritize the bug backlog.
  • Contribute to both internal and external documentation.
  • Train and support Didomi's customer‑facing and internal teams.
  • Propose and contribute to projects that improve operations and customer experiences, such as automations, extensions, and app samples.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training (e.g., bootcamp).
  • Understanding of how websites and web applications work.
  • A couple of years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager or Solution Engineer.
  • Very good English & French levels, both written and spoken.
  • JavaScript understanding and knowledge of front‑end stacks (bonus if you are an expert).
  • Familiarity with the tech, media or e‑commerce industry.
  • Problem‑solving skills, ability to explore options and devise workarounds.

Bonus(es)

  • Exposure to a mobile app programming language like Java, Objective‑C, Kotlin or Swift.
  • Ability to understand the stakes from collecting data and analyzing it (Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with the ad‑tech industry or publishers’ pain points regarding advertising.
  • API and/or Cloud Buckets expertise.
  • SaaS experience.
  • GDPR and data privacy sensitivity.
