Our first mission is to develop and propagate an eye-tracking lab to help objectively diagnose neurologic diseases and treat vision disorders through instant quantification of the clinical examination.
Role Overview
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for NeuroClues solutions in your territory. You will combine strong commercial skills with technical know-how to lead value-based conversations and ensure seamless integration of our solutions for healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth: Identify and engage healthcare professionals to promote NeuroClues solutions.
- Sales cycle management: Prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Technical Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, including hardware setup and software workflows.
- Provide second-line technical support and training for clinicians.
- Gather clinical feedback and share insights with marketing and product & clinical teams.
- Stay informed about neuroscience trends and competitive landscape.
- Customer Success: Support smooth onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with after-sales teams to ensure continuity and loyalty.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
- Strong technical aptitude (hardware/software installation and troubleshooting).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with neurologists and clinical staff.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license required.
- English and regional language are a must-have; additional languages are assets.
