Your Responsibilities

• New market development: actively prospect in Alsace and the Strasbourg region, build a strong pipeline, and propose customized solutions.
• Account management: ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty among existing clients.
• Sales strategy: work with internal teams to define and execute ambitious sales plans.
• Market expertise: monitor trends, anticipate needs, and contribute to competitive positioning.
• Reporting: manage your results through the CRM (Salesforce) and provide accurate analyses.

Profile Sought

• Degree in business, marketing, or equivalent (Bachelor’s +3 or higher).
• 5 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales in related sectors (cold‑chain logistics, packaging, life sciences).
• A hunter mindset: you enjoy winning new clients and building long‑term relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent in German.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel 70% of the time in the Strasbourg region and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license.
