Technical Sales Manager

His/her mission is to develop his/her client portfolio, which he/she manages and retains, and to develop turnover and margins in his/her defined sector.

Scope: He/she is responsible for Benelux which are Belgium Luxembourg Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in development development with the sales management and apply guidelines related to their sector
  • Propose possible improvements to the sales strategy or sales work to your manager

Business Development of Your Portfolio

  • Prospecting and visiting: finding new customers in your defined sector
  • Select Inovance products and prepare relevant offers based on customer needs
  • Investigate and validate customer needs, set prices for current products, respond to objections and close deals
  • Seek out resellers and help to coordinate the network in the absence of a sales representative dedicated to distributors
  • Follow up with prospects/customers
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Regularly report key figures and results of actions taken to your sales manager
  • Contribute to the company's technological and competitive intelligence

Marketing

  • Participate in defining certain communication strategies to be implemented
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars and open days
  • Participate in the translation and/or correction of sales brochures

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in automation, mechanics or mechatronics
  • Successful experience in selling automation solutions (servo-drive, servo-motor, AC drives, plc, CNC...)
  • It is necessary to have English/French communication skills, German communication skill is prefered
  • Strong self-motivation and a self-starter
