Responsibilities
- Business development: define commercial objectives and action plans, identify project opportunities, and maintain a network of partners
- Offer management: lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and liaise with engineering teams and internal departments
- Structuring and negotiation: coordinate complete proposal assembly, present summaries to management, and lead negotiations
- Monitoring and reporting: ensure commercial reporting, share market and client information, and represent the company at industry trade shows
- Regular travel within France and occasional travel abroad
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a Technical Sales, Business Developer, or Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of ground-mounted PV technology and energy storage systems (BESS)
- Knowledge of the renewable energy market/sector is a plus
- Proven mastery of the full sales cycle, negotiation, and deal closing
- Ability to work in a team within a multi-project, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required
