As Technical Sales Manager – France, you will develop business opportunities and drive technical sales activities in the French market.

Based in Paris and reporting to the Country Manager France, you will work with key customers, EPCs, utilities and industrial clients to promote Daqo’s MV/LV electrical solutions.

This role requires both solid electrical technical knowledge and strong project-based sales execution.

Business Development & Key Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, industrial customers, renewable energy developers, consultants and data center customers throughout France.
  • Identify new business opportunities in MV/LV electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from early specification through project award.
  • Promote Daqo's technical solutions to engineering consultants, project owners and electrical contractors.

Technical Sales & Project Follow-up

  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
  • Prepare technical presentations and support product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate quotations together with the European technical and commercial teams.
  • Support tender preparation, technical clarification and commercial negotiations.
  • Follow projects from specification to order closing.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical Support and Supply Chain teams.
  • Coordinate with Daqo factories in China to ensure timely technical support.
  • Collect market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor information.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars and customer events across France.

Qualifications

  • ​Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in the electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage Switchgear, Distribution Transformers, Low Voltage Switchgear, Electrical Distribution Systems etc.
  • Experience in project-based B2B sales.
  • Existing customer network within utilities, EPC contractors, industrial customers or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, customer-oriented and willing to travel frequently within France.
  • Fluent in French and English required.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
