Position Summary

MLR Associates is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead planning and delivery coordination for a major telecom software integration project. This role is critical for ensuring successful design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Detailed Job Description

As a TPM, you will provide technical leadership and manage end‑to‑end project execution across multiple domains. You will coordinate with Managed Services, NPI, Care, and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. The role involves risk analysis, customer‑facing activities, and technical documentation review, making it ideal for professionals with strong telecom software integration experience and cloud knowledge. Expect a dynamic environment with complex multi‑domain projects and cutting‑edge technologies.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and project setup activities
• Coordinate delivery across design, integration, validation, and acceptance phases
• Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
• Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery
• Provide detailed project status reporting (progress, issues, next steps)
>Act as primary technical interface with customers and R&D teams
• Review technical documentation (HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategy, ATP, MOP)
• Oversee test and acceptance coordination activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Eligible to work in the EU
• Advanced English and Turkish language proficiency
• Experience in telecom software solution development and/or integration
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL)
• Expertise in TCP/IP and standard protocols (Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP-XML, SNMP)
• Cloud technologies (VNF, CNF) and platforms (CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack)
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems and frameworks
• Ability to work independently and provide solutions without additional support

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Policy software solutions (SPS-P, NPC)
• Experience with payment systems, VoLTE, IMS, and mobile network integration
• Previous exposure to multi-domain application integration projects
• Project management certification (PMI or equivalent)
• Strong analytical mindset and customer relationship skills
