Technical Product Owner-Axium Framework

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner with a strong delivery and coordination focus to join the Axium Framework team. You will act as the owner of the platform requirements backlog, translate business priorities into executable technical work items, and drive cross-track alignment until integration into mainline.

This role is not a functional PO but a technical, platform-level role requiring deep understanding of embedded systems, Android firmware, and multi-team coordination (France, China, and other contributors).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the platform requirements repository as the single source of truth.
• Decompose business needs and PMO inputs into Epics, Features, and actionable backlog items.
• Define maturity levels suitable for development team commitments.

Planning & Coordination

• Build and maintain cross-track development plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path.
• Sequence and prioritize work based on actual team capacity and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate integration until contribution to mainline.
• Align delivery plan with release management.

Governance & Reporting

• Produce monthly delivery KPIs, progress reports, risk registers, and mitigation plans.
• Document decisions, risks, assumptions, and action plans.
• Drive convergence on common engineering practices: Jira workflows, Definition of Done, quality gates, CI/CD, SAST, documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner in embedded / firmware environments.
• Strong knowledge of Android platforms and their integration constraints.
• Mastery of backlog management: Epic/Feature/Story decomposition, acceptance criteria.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Jira and delivery tracking tools.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and quality gates.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple sites and teams (multi‑cultural environment).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – documentation and communication are in English.
