We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to help transform how insurance companies handle claims through intelligent use of AI. You’ll work on an innovative end‑to‑end claims management solution that redefines industry standards – moving from manual processes to AI‑driven workflows that deliver faster, more accurate outcomes.
What You’ll Do…
Product Discovery
- Partner with insurance clients to identify opportunities where AI can streamline, automate, or enhance claims workflows
- Define product requirements for intelligent features such as automated document analysis, fraud detection, and decision support that integrate into existing processes
- Translate complex insurance needs into clear technical product specifications that leverage our AI capabilities
Technical Product Ownership & Innovation
- Own the product roadmap for features that combine traditional claims management with cutting‑edge AI functionality
- Work with engineering teams to ensure features are intuitive, reliable, and deliver measurable value
- Build relationships with clients who are modernizing their operations through technology
- Guide clients through the transition from legacy processes to AI‑enhanced workflows
- Communicate how intelligent automation will improve their teams’ efficiency and decision‑making
Product Delivery Excellence
- Ensure delivered features meet both functional requirements and the quality standards of our AI‑powered platform
- Support client onboarding for innovative workflows they may not have experienced before
- Capture insights that inform our AI product strategy and platform evolution
What You Bring…
- 1–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or client‑facing technical roles within P&C insurance
- Curiosity about AI and its practical applications – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to help clients envision new ways of working
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and systematic problem‑solving
- Enthusiasm for working with innovative technology and forward‑thinking clients
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in an evolving product landscape
