Your missions
Within the Poultry BU France, you define and lead the marketing and technical strategy for a strategic portfolio of vaccines.
As the true architect of the range, you contribute directly to its positioning, value creation, and commercial development.
Reporting to the Head of the Poultry BU France, you work closely with Corporate, Technical, Commercial and KAM teams to ensure a coherent, innovative and performance‑driven vision.
Your impact is measured through growth, profitability, and your ability to anticipate scientific, regulatory and market evolutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Development
- Define and lead a 3‑year marketing strategy for your vaccine range, aligned with the Group’s strategy.
- Build the marketing positioning, key messages and differentiation axes.
- Develop tools, services and materials to support this positioning and strengthen commercial impact.
Range Animation & Value Enhancement
- Drive the promotion and visibility of your ranges to sales teams and veterinarians.
- Ensure message consistency and strong adoption of technical content.
Commercial Strategy & Field Support
- Define the commercial strategy with KAMs and Sales Managers.
- Support the upskilling of the sales force (training, arguments, tools).
- Contribute to commercial management: sales forecasts, projections, performance analysis.
Scientific & Regulatory Expertise
- Conduct scientific, regulatory and market monitoring to anticipate business‑impacting changes.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise to support product positioning.
Networking & Influence
- Build and cultivate a network of veterinary and scientific KOLs, production stakeholders and professional organisations.
- Represent Ceva at technical and industry events to promote the company’s poultry vaccine vision.
Your profile
You are a veterinarian or hold a Master’s degree in a scientific field, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience and strong knowledge of the poultry sector, its stakeholders, and its operational realities.
Technical Skills
- Strong technical expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas.
- Excellent understanding of veterinary and farming dynamics.
- Confident in internal and external public speaking.
- Fluent technical English and French.
- Excellent command of digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM).

- Team‑oriented with strong transversal collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence, convince and engage.
- Organised, rigorous, able to prioritise and open‑minded.
