Within the Central Engineering Department, you will work with the industrial processes and equipment team, covering vertical transportation, airport equipment, hospital equipment, hospitality, sports facilities, banking security systems, and more. Projects span international airports, hospitals, luxury hotels, stadiums, high‑rise towers, and government buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical scope of projects, providing site support, design review, planning, monitoring, and status reporting.
• Coordinate between industrial manufacturers, site personnel, and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
• Assist with commissioning, handovers, and specific technical support where needed.
• Oversee factory acceptance of equipment.
• Manage the design phase , including industrial process design and equipment sizing.
• Prepare commercial documentation such as written specifications, summary notes, and audits.
• Conduct cost estimation through budgeting or detailed bill of quantities.
• Perform audits and technical assessments across commercial and construction phases.

Qualifications

• BTS, DUT, Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years on‑site, ideally with experience on elevators, conveyors, or BHS systems.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a willingness to explore new specialties; strong adaptability, listening skills, perseverance, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital tools, especially advanced Excel, and familiarity with databases and BIM concepts.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential for an international company.
