Quality Engineer
Quality System Management
· Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100, ISO 9001).
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
· Lead internal and external audits, including certification audits.
· Manage document control and quality procedures.
Quality Delivery Oversight
· Monitor and improve product and service quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
· Define and track quality KPIs (e.g., First Pass Yield, NCR rate, customer satisfaction).
Non-Conformity & Root Cause Analysis
· Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints.
· Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, or 5 Whys.
· Define and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Action Plan Deployment
· Develop and deploy quality improvement plans.
· Facilitate cross-functional workshops to address systemic issues.
· Monitor effectiveness of actions and report progress to management.
Training
· Provide training on quality tools, standards, and best practices.
· Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Customer & Stakeholder Interface
· Act as the primary quality contact for customers and certification bodies.
· Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards.
· Support project reviews and customer audits.
Requirements
· More than 5 years in aerospace quality.
· Used to quality delivery management.
· Capable of working in an English environment.
